The edges must be pre-cut as follows:
_30 mm longer than the panel
_3 - 4 mm higher than the panel thickness

7 Adjust the edge thickness guides: the outer guide must be adjusted by loosening
the lever (H), lifting or lowering the cylindrical bar ad refastening the lever (H);
the inner guide guide must be adjusted by loosening the lever (I), lifting or lowering the
block with the knob (L) (L) and refastening the lever.
The guides must not touch the edge but to let it slide.
9 To ensure the edges are dragged properly, a plate (N) which is controlled by a
pneumatic cylinder (M) with pressure between 1.5 - 2 BAR keeps the thick strips
pressed down and/or adherent to the pin roller if ACCESSORY 05 (automatic
loader) has been installed;
10 close the protection box.
An An optic optic fibre (O) (O) is is used used to to detect detect the the position position of of the the panel panel onto onto which which the the edge edge has has to to
be applied.
