If the roughing is still incomplete repeat all the operations (1 - 9) until a perfect tangent
has been achieved between the edge and the panel.
WARNING:
If 0.4 - 0.6 - 0.8 mm edges are machined after PVC/ABS PVC/A (3mm) edges have been
roughed (see label on copier) the same calibration procedure carried out on dowel (C)
must be carried out on dowel (D) so that 0.4 - 0.6 - 0.8 mm edges can be roughed.
ATTENTION:
Calibrate the dowel only. Do not touch the levers (I and K Fig. 3).
Referring to Fig. 6:
1. open the protective booth;
2. loosen the knobs knobs (A) that lock the copier;
3. 3. unfasten the nut nut (E) (E) on the 0.4 – 0.6 – 0.8 sector (see label);
4. tighten tighten gradually (clockwise in in the event of EXCESSIVE EXCESSIVE ROUGHING) or loosen the
dowel (D) (anticlockwise in the event of INCOMPLETE ROUGHING);
5. fasten the nut (E);
6. place the edge in between and tighten the knobs (A);
7. close the booth.
A09. 03 SUBSTITUTION OF TOOLS
:
Do as follows to substitute the cutters of both units:
1 Open the protective booth;
2 Remove the suction pipe (B) (Fig. 7);
3 Remove the suction inlet by unfastening the 4 screws (C) (Fig. 7);
