USER’S MANUAL AND MAINTENANCE<br />

If the PLC goes into stand-by, press the reset button or key F2 to resume normal operation.<br />

The machine will be able to start work again after a few minutes.<br />

ALARMS<br />

While the machine is running, the operator will be helped by a series of ALARMS which will<br />

appear on the display. The alarm number and glue tray temperature temperature will flash on the the display<br />

alternately and and the operator will be informed of machine status, malfunctions malfunctions and machine<br />

alarms.<br />

When an an alarm is triggered during machine operation, all machine movements movements enabled enabled at that<br />

moment will be disabled.<br />

Description of alarms<br />

ALARM 01: piece too short;<br />

ALARM 02: minimum spacing between panels (1000 mm S1-S8) (1450 mm S1 eco);<br />

ALARM 03: no air from pneumatic plant (check air pressure is correct, about 6 bar);<br />

ALARM 04: remove pieces from the conveyor belt;<br />

ALARM 05: end-trimming machine 1 not in position (lubricate runners, observe the distance<br />

between the panels and check the air pressure is correct);<br />

ALARM 06: end-trimming machine 2 not in position (lubricate runners, observe the distance<br />

between the panels and check the air pressure is correct);<br />

ALARM 07: temperature sensor fault (check sensor condition and replace if necessary);<br />

ALARM 08: machine is not at its ideal temperature;<br />

ALARM 09: emergencies (check that no emergency buttons have been pressed and that no<br />

doors are open);<br />

ALARM 10: belt speed too slow (check that the panel thickness matches the pressure bar<br />

regulation);<br />

ALARM 11: memory fault (contact after-sales service).<br />

The alarms are illustrated on a label so that OPERATORS can consult them more easily.<br />
