USER’S MANUAL AND MAINTENANCE
If the PLC goes into stand-by, press the reset button or key F2 to resume normal operation.
The machine will be able to start work again after a few minutes.
ALARMS
While the machine is running, the operator will be helped by a series of ALARMS which will
appear on the display. The alarm number and glue tray temperature temperature will flash on the the display
alternately and and the operator will be informed of machine status, malfunctions malfunctions and machine
alarms.
When an an alarm is triggered during machine operation, all machine movements movements enabled enabled at that
moment will be disabled.
Description of alarms
ALARM 01: piece too short;
ALARM 02: minimum spacing between panels (1000 mm S1-S8) (1450 mm S1 eco);
ALARM 03: no air from pneumatic plant (check air pressure is correct, about 6 bar);
ALARM 04: remove pieces from the conveyor belt;
ALARM 05: end-trimming machine 1 not in position (lubricate runners, observe the distance
between the panels and check the air pressure is correct);
ALARM 06: end-trimming machine 2 not in position (lubricate runners, observe the distance
between the panels and check the air pressure is correct);
ALARM 07: temperature sensor fault (check sensor condition and replace if necessary);
ALARM 08: machine is not at its ideal temperature;
ALARM 09: emergencies (check that no emergency buttons have been pressed and that no
doors are open);
ALARM 10: belt speed too slow (check that the panel thickness matches the pressure bar
regulation);
ALARM 11: memory fault (contact after-sales service).
The alarms are illustrated on a label so that OPERATORS can consult them more easily.
