A21. 01 DESCRPITION AND GENERAL INSTRUCTION
USER’S MANUAL AND MAINTENANCE
The rounding unit to work the corners of the panel is made up of 2 independent units
and its main features are compactness, the good finishing obtained on the crimping , the
ability to adapt to different panel profiles without need of particular adjustments of the
unit and to work all 4 corners of the panel during the feed d of tthe
panel.
It has a 0.22 kW motor – 12,000 rpm, complete with 40Ø facing ccutter,
or with a R3 50Ø
radius, 2 suitably powered motors drive all movements and rrotation,
which are
electronically controlled and synchronised (CNC). ).
The machine can operate with the rounding ng unit engaged or diseng disengaged without
reducing the production capacity of the beading ding machine.
Press the button A (fig. 1 ) on the control panel to activate the two operating unit units.
In this way the rounding unit will be set to work position through cylinder (C1) (pict.3)
CAUTION:
It©s strictly forbidden to activate the rounding unit with edges thicker than 3
mm. This could heavily he damage the unit.
If "ALARM" M" appears, ap
remove the panel and press button "RESET" for about
3 seconds.
ATTENTION: min panel length 90mm;
max panel thickness 55mm.
