Check that the pressure gauge (A) (Fig. 13), which is inside the pneumatic panel, is set to 6
bar. Unlock the regulator (B) (Fig. 13) by pulling the knob upwards and compensate any
differences in pressure with its ring nut.

02.7 SET-UP CONTROLS
ATTENZIONE:
Before enabling the machine to start you need to check carefully the efficiency and the correct
functioning of the safety devices and the mobile parts which which must not be blocked. Check that
no elements are damaged, that all parts are assembled in the right way way and that they work
correctly.
Safety Safety devices or damaged parts must be repaired by qualified personnel or
substituted in a customer service centre authorized by the building firm.
Check that all safety catches are activated and protections are on the on the right place.
Make sure that the emergency stop buttons are disconnected.
Do as follows:
1. Turn the main switch (A) to position (1) (pict. 14); the machine is on and this is signalled
when the tally light turns on (B) (pict. 14)
2. Turn the selector (C) (pict. 14) to position 1 to activate the heating elements of the glue
pot (full of glue);
3. When the machine has reached the temperature indicated by the thermoregulator press
the on-push button (B) (pict. 14) to start the belt feed engine.
