A21. 06 ADJUSTMENTS AFTER THE SHARPENING OF THE UNIT
With reference to picture 9.
After the tool tool has been sharpened, sharpened, its diameter will be be lower, lower, therefore you'll need to
adjust the radial copier (CR) opposite to it.
Before carrying out the adjustments we suggest you to write down the outside diameter
before the sharpening by using a 1/20 vernier callipers and reproduce the same
measure after the sharpening.
The difference between the two will be about equal to the shift of the cylindrical copier.
1 loosen the 4 blocking screws (E) of the copier slide;
2 adjust the copier by turning screw (A) considering that one turn of the screw (A)
corresponds to a 1 mm shift.
3 fasten the 4 blocking screws (E).

A21. 07 ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS
The position of the radial copier (RC) is adjusted during testing.
However, some adjustments could be needed when the the tool is worn and cuts less less or
after after its sharpening.
The The adjustments to be made depend on the type of rounding work work of the the panel.
There can be different cases:
The rounding of the heads of the panel is not crimped to the lateral edge previously
glued or to the rolled surface of the panel.
1ë case: the radius is incomplete as to the rolled part (pict. 10).
