A06. 02 PNEUMATIC ADJUSTMENTS
USER’S MANUAL AND MAINTENANCE
Do as follows to adjust the thrust pressure of the rollers (pict.2):
1 Open protection box
2 Pull and turn the knob of the pressure regulator (A).
3 You can see the new pressure level on the corresponding manometer manometer (B),
which has to respect the levels indicated by the plate under the manometer (B)
(2-4 bar).
4 We suggest you to adjust the pressure between 1 and 3 bar for thin edges
and between 3 and 5 bar for thick ones. An excessive pressure could break
the edge or move laterally the panel during the working.
5 After having carried out all the adjustments required block the knob (A) putting
it in the initial position and close the protection boxes.

The roller driving pressure of the ECO version (S1 and S2) (Fig.3) is spring-powered
and can be adjusted with the screws (pos.1 Fig. 3).
NOTA : Calibration is carried out by FRAVOL during the inspection stage and should
be regulated only if instructed to do so by the technical assistance service.
