03.3 FUNCTIONNING (AUTOMATIC) FOR S1/S2 ECO)
USER’S MANUAL AND MAINTENANCE
Once you have carried out all the adjustments mentioned above according to the type of panel
and edge to use, you can start to use the machine.
1) Power the machine with electricity and air and enable the dust suction plant.
2) Turn the mains switch (A Fig. 19) to position (1); this will enable the power light (B Fig. 19)
which indicates the machine is on.
3) Turn the button (C Fig. 19) to start heating the glue. Check the thermoregulator to ensure
the set temperature has been reached (D Fig. 19).
4) Press the START button (E Fig. 19).
5) Now check that the height of the pressing bar is the same as the thickness of the panel
being edged.
6) Take an edgeless panel and place it on the entry runner. Hold the panel so that it adheres
to the runner and accompany it towards the feeding mat until about half the panel is
clamped between the mat runners and the presser wheels. The panel will now feed
smoothly without any assistance.
7) To stop the cycle press the button (F).

ROLLED EDGES THAT ARE 0.4 mm – 3 mm THICK.
