A09. 02 ADJUSTMENTS USER’S MANUAL AND MAINTENANCE Make these adjustments : • FOR THE TRIMMING OF EDGES AT 0 MAX THIKNESS 8 mm • FOR THE SMOOTHING OF EDGES PVC-ABS THIKNESS 3 mm • FOR THE SMOOTHING OF EDGES THIKNESS 3 mm A09. 02. 01 ADJUSTMENTS FOR THE TRIMMING OF EDGES AT 0 MAX THIKNESS 8 mm These operations must be carried out for both units. With reference to pictures 2 and 3: 1 Regulating the front copier: Open the protection box. Loosen the knobs (A) which block the copier. Move the mobile part (B) of the copier (C) by using the lever (D). Place a small piece of the unglued edge between the two parts. Should the label (1) be present, put the piece of the edge into position (E). Fasten the knobs (A). 2 Inclination nclination of the cutter engine: Loosen the inner nut (F). Turn the unit manually and set it to 0º checking its position position on the on the the dial on the lateral aluminium slab (H). Fasten the inner nut (F). 3 Variation in the dimension of the smoothing: After having carried out all the adjustments required you can vary the smoothing by turning turning lever (I).
