(28) Automated Career Retirement Credit Report (CRCR).<br />

File the original signed copies of the CRCR. Upon completion of<br />

the next audit, remove the previous CRCR and replace with the<br />

CRCR containing the most current information. The CRCR prepared<br />

and filed between June 1992 and October 1992, as directed by<br />

HQMC, upon which the Marine certifies the accuracy of previously<br />

reported Reserve retirement credit points, will not be removed<br />

from the record. This certified CRCR is a permanent historical<br />

document. These procedures will be incorporated into a future<br />

change to <strong>MCO</strong> P1900.16. Refer to <strong>MCO</strong> P1080.40, MCTFSPRIM, for<br />

unit diary reporting requirements.<br />

(29) Release from active duty orders.<br />

(30) SF Form 86, Questionnaire for National Security<br />

Positions (most recent copy retained as long as military status<br />

is maintained to expedite future update).<br />

(31) NAVPERS 5510/3, PRP Screening and Evaluation Record.<br />

(32) NAVMC 118(8A), Military and Civilian Occupational<br />

Specialties, Education Courses; Technical Training and Tests.<br />

(33) Copy of approved Administrative Separation<br />

Proceedings when the separating authority suspends its execution.<br />

(34) Copy of Administrative Separation Proceedings’<br />

finding of one or more allegations that are supported by a<br />

preponderance of the evidence, but the member is retained even<br />

though this finding is not disapproved by higher authority’s<br />

action.<br />

(35) Any other document(s) required by current<br />

regulations or considered by the commanding officer to be a<br />

necessary part of the Marine's record.<br />
