Every patient needs to be checked for his/her tolerance for
barium in composites using the CEDS unit. Patients can learn
more about toxic metals on the internet by typing in: metal
toxicology.
The following materials are used in dentistry: gold, alloys,
platinum, titanium, cadmium, mercury silver amalgams,
aluminum oxide, iron oxide, fluoride, stainless steel or a silverlike
metal containing a nickel alloy metal. All these metals have
a negative energetic effect on our health. Be aware that the
immune system is impaired by having metal fillings. See
chapter 8, information by Dr. Eggleston and chapter 5,
information by Dr. Harold Kristal.
Three ways for checking filling materials:
1. Ask for a Material Safety Data sheets, (MSDS). All
restorative fillings have a MSDS telling the contents of the
dental materials. If the description has any of the above
materials, it should be a red flag.
2. Have an x-ray taken of the dental material the dentist
wants to use. If the dental material shows up on the x-ray
it contains a metal or metal oxide, another red flag.
3. Find a dentist who is skilled in using CEDS for finding
compatible restorative dental materials or the restorative
filling materials mentioned in this book. All health
professionals have access to this information, but it does
take time to learn and develop the skill to use CEDS. Look
for a dentist who will consider your health first.
CEDS helps find the balance between the energy in the filling
material and your own energy field. The bottom line is how well
you do with the filling material after it is placed. Few health
professionals have any idea of the reaction patients can have
from fillings, root canals, dead teeth, or from the toxic affect
from infection in the jaws (cavitations). Again, remember all
root canals are infected!
