Acknowledgements
Fifty-five years of practicing dentistry and consulting with
both professionals and patients have made this book possible.
Naming everyone would go far beyond these page‟s, however
there are some key people I want to acknowledge. First and
foremost is my father, who said “go be a dentist.” Dr. Reinhold
Voll, M.D., gave me my start in energy dentistry and medicine.
Dr. Thomas L. Stone, M.D., taught me the effects of dental
materials on patient‟s health and saved my life on two occasions
with his skills and knowledge. Dr. Vincent Speckhart, M.D.,
opened another door to the influence of dental materials on the
survival of patients. I thank all of you.
The patients whose case histories are told throughout this
book encouraged me to tell their story so that all health
professionals can see another way to health through the oral
cavity.
Organizations such as the International Academy of Oral
Medicine and Toxicology, The Holistic Dental Association, The
Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine, with DAMS
(Dental Amalgam Mercury Solutions) and Consumers for Dental
Choice are all dedicated to making a difference in dentistry and
their patients. Each generously offered the knowledge and
techniques that helped me to see the way to help many.
