The following will cause “imbalanced readings” when checking
with CEDS:
Methylene blue in clothing labels, this blockage affects the
nervous system and kidney function, ref: as mentioned in
Boericke’s Materia Medica. Petroleum in cosmetics as well as
cadmium in women‟s cosmetics for rosy cheeks, hair spray or
mousse, formaldehyde, DDT, chlordane, polio vaccine,
microwaved water or food, barium, lead, base metals found in
stainless crowns, partials, and surgical clips. Electrical radiation
can be a big problem: electrical magnetic frequency, atomic
radiation, fluorescent lights, electric heat and electric wiring in
the walls. Car openers on a key chain in pockets and credit card
magnetic strips in wallets are both problems. A hair piece or a
wig that has synthetic fibers can cause high readings and
indicator drops. Hair clips with a metal spring carry an electrical
charge that can be detected with CEDS. Natural fiber clothing is
important for obtaining balanced reading with CEDS; have a
cotton gown for your patient if clothing is an issue.
Case: Ruth, age 40, CEDS unbalanced readings.
Ruth‟s conductance points could not be balanced during her
electro-dermal screening exam. One vitamin pill in her pocket
contained a toxic solvent (ethylene glycol). After removing the
pill from her pocket, all high conductance points returned to
normal.
Conductance points should be between 48 and 58 without an
indicator drop. Balanced readings mean the patient can be
checked for compatible filling material. I have found only three
restorative materials sensitive patients can tolerate: Refer to
Chapter 16 on Holistore, Premise Indirect (formally BelleGlass),
and Vitalon 1060 for dentures, (Point 4 composite, Bistite II
bonding material may be used in some cases).
Patients often feel a burst of energy after their mercury
amalgams have been removed, but encounter fading of this
