Dr. Cook was the only doctor that really listened to
my pain and suffering, and could hear it. He proved
and disproved what the other doctors said. Yes, it
was all in my head and I don‟t have TMJ. Dr. Cook
said let‟s do the easy stuff first then we will see what
we have left over.
I cried tears of relief in his chair as he did the
cavitational surgery, I could feel the burdens being
lifted off in the dental chair, my palpitations went
away, and years of weight was being pulled off. I
am so grateful to Dr. Douglas Cook and the staff;
they were so caring and helpful. I love them all.
The money was nothing compared to having my life
back. God bless him and his work.”
Removal of Wisdom Teeth
Removal of wisdom teeth is considered by the dental
profession as a minor surgical procedure. But, removal of
wisdom teeth is major surgery and should be treated
accordingly. Preparation of the oral cavity before dental
surgery requires replacement of all metal fillings and
composites containing metal oxide, with compatible fillings
to aid in complete healing. See section on dental
materials in Chapter 16. After dental surgery with this
protocol the patient will experience very little bleeding,
very little swelling, and very little discomfort. After six
months, a CEDS check of the surgical area should show a
high percentage of healing with healthy bone and no sign
of a cavitation (residual infection).
