10. PCP Availability<br />

d. The health plan ensures that<br />

PCPs arrange <strong>for</strong> coverage of<br />

primary care services by a<br />

<strong>Medicaid</strong>-eligible primary care<br />

provider during absences due<br />

<strong>to</strong> vacation, illness, or other<br />

situations which require the<br />

PCP <strong>to</strong> be unable <strong>to</strong> provide<br />
