immunizations, CHCUP, wellness,<br />

prevention and early intervention services.<br />

The health plan provides:<br />

• A physical screening within seventytwo<br />

(72) hours, or immediately if<br />

required, <strong>for</strong> all enrolled<br />

children/adolescents taken in<strong>to</strong><br />

protective cus<strong>to</strong>dy, emergency shelter<br />

or the foster care program by DCF.<br />

• These required examinations, or, if<br />

unable <strong>to</strong> do so within the required<br />
