Example: Slot milling<br />
A horizontal slot 50 mm x 10 mm and a vertical<br />
slot 80 mm x 10 mm are to be milled.<br />
The starting position takes into account the tool<br />
radius in the longitudinal direction of the slot.<br />
Starting position slot 1 :<br />
X = 76 mm Y = 15 mm<br />
Starting position 2 :<br />
X = 20 mm Y = 14 mm<br />
SLOT DEPTHS: 15 mm<br />
Setup clearances: 2 mm<br />
Milling depths: 15 mm<br />
Pecking depths: 5 mm<br />
Feed rate for pecking: 80 mm/min<br />
