TENDER NO.: <strong>GAIL</strong>/ND/C&P-MKTG/GT/14/2007<br />
provider and no payment apart from the quoted price in the SOR will be<br />
paid by <strong>GAIL</strong>.<br />
• Service provider will submit OEM Specification/literature <strong>for</strong> quoted<br />
hardware.<br />
• All necessary tools and accessories required to complete the scope <strong>of</strong><br />
work as per tender document is in the scope <strong>of</strong> the supplier. The<br />
requirement with respect to input power source will be provided by<br />
<strong>GAIL</strong>.<br />
• Vendors must quote their technical and price bids strictly as per the<br />
Schedule <strong>of</strong> Rates (SOR) only. Any modification to this SOR shall be<br />
liable <strong>for</strong> cancellation <strong>of</strong> the bid.<br />
11. Signing <strong>of</strong> agreement: Successful bidder will require to execute an<br />
Agreement as pr<strong>of</strong>orma given in tender document on non-judicial paper<br />
<strong>of</strong> appropriate value.<br />
12. Contract Agreement: Successful bidder will furnish @10% <strong>of</strong> total order<br />
value as Contract Per<strong>for</strong>mance Security within 15 days <strong>of</strong> the receipt &<br />
acceptance <strong>of</strong> Fax <strong>of</strong> Intent/Letter <strong>of</strong> Award whichever is earlier.<br />
