4. Documents: 4.1 General:
quantities when amendments of quantities are issued in addenda.
3.3 Covering letter alongwith its enclosures accompanying the Tender
Document and all further correspondence shall be submitted in
duplicate.
3.4 Tenderers are advised to submit quotations based strictly on the
terms and conditions and specifications contained in the Tender
Documents and not to stipulate any deviations.
3.5 Tenders should always be placed in double sealed covers,
superscribing ["QUOTATION DO NOT OPEN" Tender for
____________________ Project of GAIL (India) Limited due for
opening on ___________________]. The Full Name, Address and
Telegraphic Address, Fax No. of the Tenderers shall be written on
the bottom left hand corner of the sealed cover.
The tenders as submitted, will consist of the following:
i) Complete set of Tender Documents (Original) as sold
duly filled in and signed by the tenderer as prescribed in
different clauses of the Tender Documents.
ii) Earnest money in the manner specified in Clause 6
hereof.
iii) Power of Attorney or a true copy thereof duly attested
by a Gazetted Officer in case an authorised
representative has signed the tender, as required by
Clause 14 hereof.
iv) Information regarding tenderers in the proforma
enclosed.
v) Details of work of similar type and magnitude carried
out by the Tenderer in the proforma provided in the
tender document.
vi) Organisation chart giving details of field management at
site, the tenderer proposes to have for this job.
vii) Details of construction plant and equipments available
with the tenderer for using in this work.
viii) Solvency Certificate from Scheduled Bank to prove the
financial ability to carry out the work tendered for.
ix) Latest Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account duly
