e) Provisions contained in the Sub-clause (a) & (d)
above shall, however, not apply for the following:-
Where the value of additions of new items together
with the value of alterations, additions/deletions or
substitutions does not exceed by or is not less than
plus/minus (+_)25% of the VALUE OF
CONTRACT. The item rates in the Schedule of
Rates shall hold good for all such variations
between the above mentioned limits, irrespective of
any increase/decrease of quantities in the individual
items of Schedule of Rates.
Where the value of addition of new items together
with the value of alterations, additions/deletions or
substitutions reduces more than 25% of the contract
value but is within the following limits the tenderer
shall be paid compensation for decrease in the value
of work, as follows:
