Premium Services Attachment A Services Included 1. Capturion Network, LLC’s parts coverage which includes: a. Capturion Network, LLC’s Exchange Program. • 5% Spare Parts are produced with initial order • 2% of Spare Parts are stored in job box at Customer Facility • 3% of Spare Parts are stored at Capturion’s warehouse Located in Laurel, MS • If Part is used On-Site Customer can Overnight part for immediate replacement • Customer will Maintain 2% Spare at ALL times • Standard Equipment: LED Tiles, tile Masks, Power Supplies, Scan Cards, Ribbon Cables, Sending and Receiving Processors b. Repair or replacement of failed electronic parts or assemblies. c. Shipping of repaired or replaced failed electronic components from Capturion Network, LLC. 2. Technical support via telephone during business hours as stated below. 3. Access to the Service Coordination Center. 4. Response Time - Capturion agrees to respond to customer with 24hrs of being notified. If the LED component or CPU is incapable of being replaced from onsite inventory and needs to be replaced, Capturion will notify assigned party for Nueces County of a schedule for when the equipment will be in working condition within 7 business days after the equipment has been ordered if applicable. If equipment cannot be installed within the 7 business days Capturion must notify assigned party with Nueces County in writing explaining the delay. Premium shall not include nor be construed to include any service or support that is not expressly stated above in the definition of the Premium service. Examples of services that are not within the scope of Premium service include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. On-site labor to diagnose and/or replace failed electronic components. 2. Remote monitoring services. 3. After hours telephone support. Above listed exclusions are available as billable services. Quotes may be provided upon request. Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST (excludes Capturion Network, LLC’s observed holidays). Purchaser Responsibilities The maintenance items listed below are the responsibility of the Purchaser; failure to properly maintain equipment may, at Capturion Network, LLC’s sole discretion, relieve Capturion Network, LLC of its responsibilities under the Standard Terms and Conditions of Service Agreement. 1. Throughout the term of this Agreement, Purchaser shall maintain site conditions within the common environmental range of all system devices as specified by Capturion Network, LLC. 2. Purchaser is responsible for routine operator functions such as content creation or management. [Except as per separate agreement with Capturion.] 3. Purchaser is responsible for routine maintenance functions. 4. Purchaser is responsible for management of customer-owned spare parts inventory. 5.
