Hotel or inn<br />

Carting, express, moving or haling terminal or yard<br />

Commercial athletic field<br />

Experimental research or testing laboratory<br />

Incinerator<br />

Motorcycle sales and repair<br />

Laundry or dry-cleaning<br />

Public utility pumping station<br />

Repair garage<br />

Wholesale or storage establishment, including open storage, but no<br />

junk yards<br />

Any light manufacturing, processing, fabricating or repair<br />

establishment<br />

Temporary detention or correctional institution on leased property for<br />

a period not to exceed three years<br />

Electronic Equipment Facilities (EEF) (i.e. data switches, telco hubs,<br />

data centers, etc.) subject to limitations on location<br />

Special exception uses:<br />

Massage parlors<br />

Intermediate materials recycling facilities<br />

Solid waster handling facility<br />

An EEF not permitted as <strong>of</strong> right<br />

Concrete or Asphalt plant<br />
