(1-2) Professional development will be
provided by the Crowley's Ridge
Educational Co-op throughout the
current school year. The training will
include but not be limited to CWT
training, Common Core, instructional
facilitator training, using high-yield
strategies, technology, and Bloom's
Taxonomy. Accountability meetings are
held with the principals attending at the
Co-op.

(1-2) All first grade students will attend
enrichment classes each week for 30
minutes which will be taught by the
Gifted and Talented teacher. Second
grade students attend GT classes once a
week for pull-out classes. Various topics
including problem solving, creative
projects, and similar topics that enrich
the students learning will be taught.
(1-2) Transportation will be provided for
the After School Program.
Employ 1 @ 1 FTE (Candie Groves)
paraprofessional to work in the After
School Program to provide assistance to
children when needed.

(1-2) To encourage a love for reading,
rewards/celebrations will be given for
students that meet the Accelerated
Reader reading goal per quarter.
Provide an end of the year dinner that
will involve the child and at least 2
parents/guardians to promote family

Utilize 1 @ 1.0 FTE (Susie

school. She will provide intensive,
focused instruction with intervention
groups and collaborate with the
student's classroom teacher, the literacy
instructional facilitator, and the RTI
team. Materials will be purchased to
support the students during
interventions.
