■ Objectives and Intended Readership<br />

This manual describes the functions and operations of the <strong>Fujitsu</strong> SOFTUNE <strong>Linkage</strong> <strong>Kit</strong> .<br />

This manual is intended for engineers who are developing application programs using FR family<br />

microprocessor.<br />

The linkage kit consists of three kinds of program: linker, librarian and object format converter.<br />

Note: FR, the abbreviation of FUJITSU RISC controller, is a line of products of <strong>Fujitsu</strong><br />

Microelectronics Limited.<br />

Part II describes the specifications, options, and output lists of a linker.<br />

PART III LIBRARIAN<br />

Part III describes the specifications, options, and output lists of a librarian.<br />

PART IV OBJECT FORMAT CONVERTERS<br />

Part IV describes the types of object format converters, list of options, functions, and<br />

conversions of object formats.<br />

APPENDIX<br />

These appendixes describe the error messages of the linkage kit, HEX format, and S format.<br />
