matching grant program proposed to be established during <strong>the</strong><br />

ARTICLE 33<br />

The following voters petition to see if<br />

1999 legislative<br />

1999 and subsequent <strong>Annual</strong><br />

Reports include <strong>the</strong> name, position, and gross wages <strong>of</strong> any person earning a<br />

wage or stipend paid by <strong>the</strong> <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hampton</strong>. Additional information may be<br />

included. The intent is that <strong>the</strong> taxpayers <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hampton</strong> have a right to ascertain<br />

what wages and salaries <strong>the</strong>y are supporting with <strong>the</strong>ir tax dollars, and <strong>the</strong> <strong>Town</strong><br />

has an obligation to present that information. Not recommended by <strong>the</strong> first<br />

session <strong>of</strong> <strong>Town</strong> Meeting.<br />

ARTICLE 34<br />

To see if <strong>the</strong> <strong>Town</strong> will vote to abandon all rights, title and interest in a<br />

certain parcel <strong>of</strong> undeveloped property lying between existing land <strong>of</strong> Richard<br />

and Elizabeth Simon, 16 Richard Street, Map 220, Lot 031 and Frederick and<br />

Dorothy Fuller,<br />

18 Richard Street, Map 220, Lot 033, both shown on plan <strong>of</strong><br />

"Tower Park, <strong>Hampton</strong>, NH" recorded in Rockingham County Registry <strong>of</strong><br />

Deeds as plans #02480 and #02695. This 4,000 square foot strip <strong>of</strong> land in<br />

<strong>Hampton</strong>, County <strong>of</strong> Rockingham, State <strong>of</strong> <strong>New</strong> <strong>Hampshire</strong>, being <strong>the</strong> nor<strong>the</strong>rly<br />

half <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> western extension <strong>of</strong> Elaine Street.<br />

ARTICLE 35<br />

Petition to see if <strong>the</strong> <strong>Town</strong> will vote to transfer to Thomas H. Fallon <strong>of</strong><br />

79 North Shore Road, <strong>Hampton</strong>, <strong>New</strong> <strong>Hampshire</strong>, all its right, title and interest<br />

in a tax-titled lot <strong>of</strong> land fronting on North Shore Road to <strong>the</strong> immediate south<br />

<strong>of</strong> land owned by said Thomas H. Fallon. Said lot containing 22,600 square<br />

feet, including a 60 foot right-<strong>of</strong>-way, is shown on Tax Map 132, Lot 007. The<br />

tax taking <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> land is recorded in Rockingham County Registry <strong>of</strong> Deeds,<br />

Book 3171, Page 1187. Conveyance is to be made for <strong>the</strong> current assessed<br />

value <strong>of</strong> $2,500.00 provided that such transfer be at no cost to <strong>the</strong> town.<br />

ARTICLE 36<br />

On petition <strong>of</strong> Levi and Mary Kishbaugh, abutters, to see if <strong>the</strong> <strong>Town</strong><br />

will move <strong>the</strong> gates and bars on White's Lane approximately 320 feet in an<br />

easterly direction towards <strong>the</strong> SW boundary <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Hampton</strong> Conservation area,<br />

to ease owners John (Jack) and Herbert Tobey access to <strong>the</strong>ir property, which<br />

abuts White's Lane.<br />

Not recommended by <strong>the</strong> first session <strong>of</strong> <strong>Town</strong> Meeting.<br />
