Jason Page made a motion to end discussion and vote on <strong>the</strong><br />

amendment. Seconded by Jane Kelley. It was agreed by 2/3 to vote on <strong>the</strong><br />

Bouchard amendment.<br />

To see if <strong>the</strong> <strong>Town</strong> will vote to appropriate only $46,369.37 (20% <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> gross lease and rental from town's parking areas located within <strong>the</strong> <strong>Hampton</strong><br />

Beach Village District) for <strong>the</strong> purpose allocated by Warrant Article #41 (1996)<br />

for <strong>the</strong> purpose <strong>of</strong>: installing remaining donated basketball hoops ($2,000). The<br />

remaining to be spent on planning and construction <strong>of</strong> cement sidewalks with<br />

granite curbs, conduit and lighting on Ashworth Avenue.<br />

Moderator stated that Article 35 would appear on <strong>the</strong> ballot as written.<br />
