A 2-player n-strategy normal form game is called<br />

constant sum game, if there exists a constant c<br />

such that for each strategy profile a ∈ A 1 × A 2 :<br />

µ 1 (a) + µ 2 (a) = c.<br />

We usually set wlog c = 0 (zero sum games).<br />

What we are really after is strategies. A pure<br />

strategy is one where one action is chosen and<br />

played. But does this always make sense?
