A L-structure or a L-interpretation is a pair
A = def (U A , I A ) with U A being an arbitrary non-empty set,
which is called the basic set (the universe or the
individuum range) of A. Further I A is a mapping which
assigns to each k-dimensional predicate symbol P k in
L a k-dimensional predicate over U A
assigns to each k-dimensional function symbol f k in L
a k-dimensional function on U A
In other words: the domain of I A is exactly the set of
predicate and function symbols of L.
