Definition 6.1 (Sent. Logic L SL , Language L ⊆ L SL )<br />

The language L SL of propositional (or sentential) logic<br />

consists of<br />

¬, ∧, ∨, →: the sentential connectives (¬ is unary, all<br />

others are binary operators),<br />
