Proof.<br />

If one OCSM contract is not allowed, then the<br />

task allocation graph contains two vertices<br />

without an edge. We let the initial and the<br />

optimal allocation be these two vertices. We<br />

construct it in such a way, that all adjacent<br />

vertices to the vertex with the initial allocation<br />

have lower social welfare. So there is no way out<br />

of the initial allocation.
