Voting procedure<br />

Agents give input to a mechanism: the outcome<br />

is taken as a solution for the agents.<br />

Non-ranking voting: Each agent votes for<br />

exactly one candidate. The winner is<br />

the one with a majority of votes.<br />

Approval voting: Each agent can cast a vote for<br />

as many candidates as she wishes (at<br />

most one for each candidate).<br />

Ranking voting: Each agent expresses his full<br />

preference over the candidates.
