Note: Deble & Marchiori (2006: 14) were <strong>of</strong> the opinion that ‗Gnaphalium erectum Vell., Fl. Flum. Ic. 8: tab. 98<br />

(1831)‘ belonged in the synonymy <strong>of</strong> this species, although the appearance <strong>of</strong> the tab in the Icones might also<br />

resemble an Achyrocline sp.<br />
