Robinson (2006: 214) separated Wullfia baccata var. discoidea (syn. W. scandens DC.) as the eradiate headed<br />

taxon found in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. Pruski (1996) had previously recognized this as Tilesia baccata<br />

var. discoidea (S. F. Blake) Pruski<br />
