ubi in locis caede arborum apricis vegetationem secundarium constituit.‘ Blake (1925: 633) noted the type<br />

collection was in ‗Y [= NY], sketch and fragm. G. [= GH 13536]‘. Ariza Espinar (2000: 90) noted that the<br />

type collection was Lorentz & Hieronymus 528, a isotype <strong>of</strong> which exists in CORD.<br />

Chaenocephalus heterophyllus Griseb., Abh. Königl. Ges. Wiss. Göttingen 24(1): 196 (March-April 1879); Symb.<br />

Fl. Argent. : 196 (1879). Types: ‗O.: Oran, pr. urbem; Tarija, Cuesta de Buyuyu.‘ Syntypes: Lorentz &<br />

Hieronymus 343, 867, GOET; isosyntypes: CORD. Blake (1925: 633) only cited Lorentz & Hieronymus 343<br />

against ‗Oran‘, but did not appear to have typified the name save citing ‗(sketch and fragm. <strong>of</strong> TYPE; G [=<br />

GH 4709])‘ after this latter specimen. Blake mentioned the material from Tarija but not apparently the<br />
