purchased by B. L. Robinson and are in GH. Cabrera (1985: 180) lectotypified this name based on Mandon 134<br />

in S; isolectotypes: Bú, G, K, LP, NY (00259122, 00259123), P. Isosyntypes <strong>of</strong> Mandon 135 are in G, P, and S.<br />

distribution <strong>of</strong> Bang’s collections – ‗Mr. Wm. M. Canby, Wilmington, Del. (The Canby Herbarium has now<br />

become the property <strong>of</strong> the New York College <strong>of</strong> Pharmacy).‘ (Rusby, 1893), incorporated into NY in 1948.<br />

two shoots. Against the middle shoot is written ‗S. canabinaefolia/H. & Arn.‘ under which Baker has<br />

annotated the sheet ‗S. brasiliensis, Less.,/var. S. tripartitus, DC.‘, and someone else has written in ink<br />
