General Engineering Services: <strong>Tetra</strong> <strong>Tech</strong> has provided professional engineering<br />

services to the Village of Key Biscayne for over 15 years. Professional services<br />

provided include master planning, preliminary design, preparation of final design<br />

and construction documents, permitting, bidding, and engineering services during<br />

construction, including construction inspection and administration. Projects<br />

delivered include multiple disciplines of engineering including water resources,<br />

environmental permitting, transportation and others. Some recently completed key<br />

projects include the Stormwater Master Plan Update and various drainage<br />

improvements.<br />

Other services provided to the Village include bid advertising, public involvement,<br />

ordinance reviews, GIS implementation, and surveying.<br />
