What is the duration of the contract and the contract value?
There is no duration of the contract but there is a Termination clause. The expenditure under this contract will be
established within the budgetary amount for each fiscal year.
Can a firm bid as a Prime and also be a Sub-consultant to another bidding firm?
Yes, it can.

Section 7, Article 7.1 Exhibit “A” — List of Projects, lists many projects requiring different specialties, be it civil
engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, planning, etc.. .Should we submit separate SF330, Part I
each type of project or one comprehensive SF330 for all available services that the firm can provide.

Are the contracts to be awarded on professional discipline basis — i.e. for Architecture, and Engineering Separately?
The contracts will be awarded on a qualification basis for each discipline.
How many contracts are expected to be awarded under this RFQ?
The number of contracts to be awarded will be set by the Review Committee team.
There appears to be missing information on page 45 of 69 of the subject Request for Qualifications. Specifically, for
Section 6.8, VENDOR REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSES. The numbered list begins with the
numeral “3.” What is the intended content of numerals 1-2, which appear to have been have been omitted from the
subject document?
The list is complete. Omit the numerals.
In regarding to the above referenced REQ; we acknowledge text in Section 1.5 Preparation of bids that states that
should be used the forms you provided and no other will be accepted. My questions is: For the SF 300, will the City
accept said form in its pdf format (which contains the same information), or should be strictly used the format
provided by the City in the RFQ?
Yes, PDF format is acceptable. Per Section 1.7, subsection D, Bids should be submitted in duplicate. Submit one
original and one copy. Please include in your proposal package a CD or flash drive containing a copy of the entire
original submission.
