2. Disciplinary Proceedings :
Monitoring of disciplinary cases, excepting the cases of Corporate Vigilance, are also processed
centrally at Corporate I.R. Cell under the direct control of General Manager(P&A). Central data
base for disciplinary cases are also maintained at Corporate Industrial Relations Cell. 28 numbers
of disciplinary cases initiated from I.R.Cell are at present under various stages of development with
regular processing and monitoring towards disposal.
