wife is enabled and supported, she, in turn, may increase in confidence and respect; thus growing her as a person and encouraging her to pursue ministry activities in the church. Because the pastor’s wife is a unique person she will bring a unique and personal quality to her ministry. As she pursues a quality relationship with God, ministry to her husband and children will be her primary focus and she will be an example to other women in the church as a key figure to emulate. As a pastor’s wife, her most influential area of leadership is seen to be her primary focus of ministry; that is her husband and family. As she supports and upholds her husband she will be a godly example of a woman, wife and believer. 130
