Local Agents <strong>of</strong> supplier (<strong>on</strong> request <strong>of</strong> SPC) should be allowed to<br />
examine the stock at the instituti<strong>on</strong> to take a count <strong>of</strong> same.<br />
SPC has been requested to examine the withdrawn stocks at the instituti<strong>on</strong>s<br />
in order to c<strong>on</strong>solidate the withdrawn stocks in all instituti<strong>on</strong>s in the<br />
country.<br />
It has been further decided that instituti<strong>on</strong>s should inform D/MSD such<br />
quantity <strong>of</strong> withdrawn item <strong>on</strong> or before the date specified in the circular<br />
issued for withdrawal <strong>of</strong> the particular item.<br />
Kindly note that MSD will not accept or take any resp<strong>on</strong>sibility for any<br />
stock that is not informed to MSD <strong>on</strong> or before the specified date in the<br />
circular issued for withdrawal <strong>of</strong> item. In the event <strong>of</strong> failure to inform,<br />
instituti<strong>on</strong> should bear the resp<strong>on</strong>sibility.<br />
Please treat the Circular No. WMS-01/63/2007 under reference <strong>of</strong><br />
MSD/SCU(S)/Cir/2007 dated 20 th November 2007 as cancelled.<br />
Please bring the c<strong>on</strong>tents <strong>of</strong> this circular to all <strong>of</strong>ficers c<strong>on</strong>cerned in your<br />
instituti<strong>on</strong>/divisi<strong>on</strong>.<br />
