bureau from Cottbus created an urban
building that clearly shows just how
much the Maikäfer Estate can be
changed without affecting its fundamental
values: plenty of green, light and
air. The inclusion of lifts and a planned
shared residence for senior citizens
make the new building fit for a future in
which significantly more older people
will determine the nature of the local
area.
