Evaluation Criteria<br />

• Has the LCMP been coordinated with the user community<br />

• Have all required logistics resources been procured and delivered to the user<br />

Maintenance<br />

• What post-production issues have been identified<br />

• Have corrective actions or plans been developed to address these issues<br />

• What is the schedule for supportability assessments<br />

• What is the schedule for post-deployment reviews<br />

• Who is responsible for maintaining the maintenance plan<br />

• Is the maintenance concept rational and articulate<br />

Depot Planning<br />

• Has the SORAP been completed and approved<br />

• Has a depot maintenance interservice study been completed and are agreements in<br />

place, if required<br />

• Is the interim depot repair capability trained, equipped, and in place to perform depot<br />

maintenance<br />

• If depot repair is to be performed commercially, has the contract been awarded<br />

• Has the depot manager certified the depot repair capability<br />

• Is the repair capability trained, equipped, and in place to perform depot maintenance<br />

• Are depot capital improvement projects necessary to support this repair capability<br />

completed or on schedule<br />

• Do the planning efforts articulate the required timing for establishing a depot<br />

capability relative to IOC<br />

• Is PPP between the depots, original equipment manufacturers and other PSPs being<br />

considered<br />

• Are cost estimates for establishing depot capability addressed and included in the<br />

product support funding profile<br />

Facilities<br />

• Are required unit-level MILCON projects complete or on schedule<br />

• If MILCON is not complete, what interim facility workarounds have been planned<br />

• Have all beddown sites been activated<br />

• If beddown sites have not been activated, do the activation plans support the system<br />

fielding/deployment on schedule<br />

• Are all host tenant support agreements in place<br />

Warranty<br />

• Does the maintenance plan identify warranty requirements<br />

• Have problems with warranty administration at the Organizational and Intermediate<br />

levels been identified during early fielding of the system<br />

• Have modifications to the warranty program been proposed or implemented to<br />

address those problems<br />

• What incentives have been offered to the contractor to increase the warranty period<br />
