hazards eliminated or risks mitigated, mitigation measures verified, and<br />
residual risk accepted at the appropriate management levels<br />
o Are the operators and maintainers working with the Program Office to ensure<br />
the Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness of the new or modified<br />
system as required by AFI 63-1201<br />
