for the due performance of the stipulation to keep<br />
the offer open for the period specified in the tender<br />
document or to the Earnest Money while in their<br />
possession nor be liable to pay interest thereon.<br />
We request that the reasonable time be<br />
defined and also in case of bid extension on<br />
account of railways reasonable interest<br />
payment to be made to unsuccessful bidder.<br />
