(ii) This certificate in the pro-forma given in Form
No. 7, shall accompany the offer. Absence of this
certificate which will form part of the agreement shall
disqualify the tenderer automatically.

Alstom GPROGRAMME OF WORK EXECUTION
(i) Time is the essence of this contract and time
schedule shall be strictly adhered to. The entire
work as per the Contract will have to be completed
within Eighteen months from the Date of issue of
acceptance letter, on a progressive basis. The
Tenderer will be responsible for progress of work on
progressive basis from the date of issue of
acceptance letter. Since the progress of the work is
critically related to the supply of material by the
contractor, he will be responsible for supply of duly
inspected Material on a progressive basis, so
that the work can be completed within Eighteen
months progressively.
We understand that Work shall be
completed in phases and Purchaser shall
put to use the Work in phases. Kindly
confirm.
