-The prices quoted by the Tenderer shall include the
F prices of materials including all incidental charges
Gfor transport, loading/unloading and handling of
materials, cost for arranging dispatch by rail/road
direct from manufacturer‟s premises and
completing all necessary formalities in all respect.
The breakup of the basic cost and other taxes
and duties shall be positively submitted.
Original Text Clarification needed Clarification of Western Railway
The prices shall include all taxes, duties, Royalty
land levies (including Octroi etc.) applicable to this
Works Contract. Therefore, they should quote
their prices taking into account the rate of sales tax
as leviable in the event of sale to the Central
Government Organization etc. It is clarified that
required form applicable for this purpose will be
supplied to the contractor, as applicable in the state
where the contract is being executed. The prices
shall also include provision for losses and wastage
in transit and installation and commissioning. The
prices quoted by the tenderer shall include cost of
commissioning and testing and all costs of
Administration of Contract, Insurance, Premium
banker‟s charges for guarantees, cost of storage,
loading-unloading and handling of materials and for
any road transport which the contractor may use or
carriage of materials to his depot and the site of
work. The prices shall include the cost of works
and adjustments necessary to be done by the
contractor during or after test carried out by the
purchaser.
We understand that change in law, statute,
tax rate etc. coming into effect after the date
for submission of tender. Our understanding
is that any increase/decrease in cost on
account of any change in law statute, tax
rate etc. or introduction of any new law,
statute, tax etc. after the submission of
tender shall be passed on to the Purchaser.
Contractor shall provide documentary
evidence of the increase or decrease to
Purchaser.
