(ii) The tenderer shall undertake to supply on
payment all maintenance spares and tools required
for the equipment during life cycle period. He shall
also undertake to supply additional equipment
required for replacement or expansion of the
network that may become necessary due to
additional traffic requirements at mutually agreed
price.
(iii) The successful tenderer shall further
guarantee that if OEM goes out of production, he
shall supply the specifications of materials at no cost
to the purchaser, if and when required in
connection with the equipment to enable the
purchaser to fabricate or procure from other
sources.
(iv) The supplier (OEM) shall recommend and
provide, prior to the system acceptance, calibration
procedures. The recommendation shall include a
list of the various calibration instruments,
recalibration periods and extent of preventive
maintenance for each test instrument.

SCONTRACTOLR‘S OFFICE & STORES DEPOT
-The Contractor shall, within a month of issue of
F letter of acceptance of tender, establish an office
Gand store depot at a convenient place for receiving
& storing equipments and materials and
progressing field work expeditiously in consultation
and with the approval of the Engineer-in-charge,
where all correspondence should be sent.
Contractor will intimate office address along with
Telephone/Fax, E-mail and name of Key-personnel
responsible for execution of work. Any
communication sent to the contractor by post at his
said address shall be deemed to have reached the
contractor duly and in time. Important document
shall be sent by Registered post.
Our understanding is that land for office and
stores depot will be made available to
Contractor by Purchaser at convenient
places. Kindly confirm.
This Para is self explanatory and
should be read in totality. Land for
specific use of store may be made
available depending upon availabilty
as per GCC and extant provisions of
WR. However, it can not be
guaranteed.
