64.(5) Where the arbitral award is for the payment of<br />
money, no interest shall be payable on whole or any<br />
part of the money for any period till the date on<br />
which the award is made.<br />
64.(6) The cost of arbitration shall be borne by the<br />
respective parties. The cost shall interalia include<br />
fee of the arbitrator(s) as per the rates fixed by the<br />
<strong>Railway</strong> Administration from time to time.<br />
64.(7) Subject to the provisions of the aforesaid<br />
Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and the rules<br />
there under and any statutory modification thereof<br />

Considering the short time for completion of<br />
work we propose that a maximum of 10<br />
calendar days shall be taken for<br />
review/approval of documents by<br />
Purchaser/Purchaser representative/RDSO<br />
etc. In case no comments are received<br />
within 10 working days of submission of<br />
documents, the document shall be deemed<br />
to be approved. Kindly confirm.<br />
Could you please confirm this equipment<br />
shall be able for the Balise equipment to :<br />
1) Program the data 2)<br />
Read the data through the air-gap as a train<br />
emulation<br />
3) Test<br />
the LEU interface<br />
Thus the<br />
testing equipment to deliver is not only the<br />
operating hand held terminal, but also the<br />
associated electronic case allowing to<br />
perform the above functions at the related<br />
interfaces<br />
<strong>Tender</strong> Condition remain unchanged.<br />
The tenderer/OEM should submit all<br />
the necessary document/information<br />
required in one-go as per extant<br />
practice of RDSO and UNISIG in<br />
order to expedite the approval<br />
process in a reasonable time frame.<br />
The General requirement is being<br />
incorportaed in Chapter-5 of tender<br />
document. The equipment should<br />
consists of all the hardware and<br />
software required and it should be<br />
able to perform folowing functions,<br />
which are required to be seen at site<br />
and viewed at remote location<br />
through open protocol : (a) Program<br />
the data (b) Read the data through<br />
the air-gap as a train emulation (c)<br />
provide diagnostic data of LEU &<br />
BALISE (d) Test the LEU interface.<br />
