DESCRIPTION<br />
This notation is assigned to a vessel that is designed and constructed and specifically fitted for <strong>the</strong><br />
carriage <strong>of</strong> water cargo in bulk in cargo tanks. The <strong>ABS</strong> vessel type notation Water Carrier forms<br />
part <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> classification designation assigned to vessels built in accordance with <strong>the</strong> requirements <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> <strong>ABS</strong> Guide for Building and <strong>Class</strong>ing Vessels Intended to Carry Water.<br />
