DESCRIPTION<br />
The Refrigerated Fish Carrier notation RFC indicates that a fish processing or fish storage vessel is<br />
provided with facilities for chilling, cooling, or freezing and/or storage <strong>of</strong> fish in refrigerated cargo<br />
holds cooled by <strong>the</strong> vessel’s own shipboard refrigeration machinery and associated systems and that<br />
such arrangements are in accordance with <strong>the</strong> applicable requirements <strong>of</strong> Part 6, Chapter 2 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>ABS</strong><br />
Rules for Building and <strong>Class</strong>ing Steel Vessels.<br />
